Where everyone ends up
The living and dining room, with a table football and a long table that seats every guest, is the heart of the apartment.
All floors are untreated solid timber boards or natural stone. There are books in German and English, card and board games. The evening around the big table takes care of itself.

Everything you could wish for
A fully equipped kitchen with both an espresso machine and a filter coffee maker. Cooking for ten is no problem here, and if you would rather eat out, we will happily share our favourite addresses.

The generous terrace has room for everyone, the balcony invites you to a quiet coffee in the morning. In summer a table tennis table is ready for a game together.

Mountains in every season, a stroll through town, a run down the Streif, a swim in the Schwarzsee, golf with a view, there is something special waiting in every season. Eat together, let the evening run on around the big table or unwind in the infrared cabin. Simply enjoy whatever you feel like.

Your hosts: Edeltraud & Rupert
Swabians by birth, we followed our hearts after many years in Berlin and now enjoy the magnificent landscape and everything Kitzbühel has to offer, all year round.
On foot, by bike or on skis, hiking, cross-country skiing, ski touring, golfing or swimming, Tyrolean Gröstel or lobster, we are glad to share our favourite places and glad to host people from all over the world.
